startmeabiz.com website, online stores, digital products,
one‑time services, and subscription plans (including SmartBiz Automator) subject to the
notices, terms, and conditions set out in this Agreement (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Site or Services, you
agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies we reference,
including our Refunds & Returns Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not
agree, you must not use the Site or Services.

We may update or modify the Site, the Services, and these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes take effect when posted on the Site, and your continued use after changes are
posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

By accepting these Terms of Service through your use of the Site, you certify that you
are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years old, you may use the Site only
under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We may provide you with an account identification and password to enable you to access
and use certain portions of the Site or Services. Each time you use a password or
identification, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Site or Services
in a manner consistent with these Terms, and Start Me A Biz has no obligation to
investigate the source of any such access or use. You are solely responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all
activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any

any plan‑specific terms presented at checkout or inside your account dashboard.

• (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties;
• (b) is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the U.S. or any other applicable jurisdiction; or
• (c) violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity.

non‑exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet

services, and subscriptions, and not for any resale or commercial use on behalf of any
third party, except as explicitly permitted by Start Me A Biz in advance in writing.
Any violation of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license
granted in this paragraph without notice to you.

4. Intellectual Property and Content

Unless explicitly permitted by us in advance in writing, all materials on the Site,
including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, audio
clips, video clips, downloads, and written and other materials (collectively, the
“Contents”) are owned by or licensed to Start Me A Biz and are intended solely for your
personal, non‑commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative
works from, translate, modify, reverse‑engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise
exploit the Site, the Services, or any portion of the Contents unless expressly
permitted by us in writing. You may not make any commercial use of any information
provided on the Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business,
except as explicitly permitted by Start Me A Biz in advance.

5. Products, Services, and Subscription Plans

subscription plans, including SmartBiz Automator passes and bundles. All descriptions,
pricing, and availability information are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product or Service at any time.

Some Services (including SmartBiz Automator) may be sold as time‑based passes, task‑
based offerings, or recurring subscriptions. Additional terms may apply to certain
Services or subscription plans (such as plan length, renewal schedule, usage limits,
AI fair‑use, or special guarantees). Any such additional terms will be presented to you
on the relevant product or checkout page or inside your account dashboard and are
incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Payments, Billing, and Renewals

All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways. By completing a
purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the total amount
of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees. Prices are displayed in U.S.
dollars unless stated otherwise.

Paid subscription plans (such as recurring SmartBiz Automator passes) may renew
automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless otherwise stated on the plan
page. Where auto‑renewal applies, your subscription will automatically renew for a new
term of equal length, and the payment method on file will be charged the then‑current
rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date using the tools provided in your
account or by contacting us as described on the Site. Any plan‑specific renewal terms
shown at checkout will control.

Refunds for products and services are handled according to our
Refunds & Returns Policy and any
additional refund or guarantee terms shown on a specific product or service page. In
most cases, digital products, services, and subscriptions are non‑refundable once
access, work, or delivery has begun, unless otherwise stated.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Physical products and merchandise are subject to our
Shipping & Delivery Policy, which
describes shipping methods, locations served, delivery estimates, customs and duties,
and tracking information. By placing an order for physical products, you agree to that
policy.

8. AI‑Powered Features and Fair Use

Certain Services, including SmartBiz Automator, may use artificial intelligence (“AI”)
tools and models to assist with tasks such as drafting content, generating images,
summarizing information, research, and automations. You acknowledge that AI outputs may
not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate and should be reviewed by you before
relying on them.

Unless a plan explicitly states an AI credit allowance, access to AI features is
provided on an “unlimited fair‑use” basis. We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or
suspend AI usage that, in our reasonable judgment, is abusive, excessive, or interferes
with the stability or security of our systems or those of our providers (for example,
automated scraping, bulk generation at scale, or activity that clearly exceeds normal
business use for the selected plan). Any specific AI limits or allowances described on
a product page will control for that plan.

9. Third‑Party Tools and Links

Our Site and Services may integrate with or link to third‑party tools, websites, or
platforms. These third parties are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for
their content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third‑party services is at your
own risk and may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue,

possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of
or relating to the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the
Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
